Tripod Hanging Basket Light

A freestanding solid wood tripod that positions a cluster of woven bamboo pendant shades exactly where the environment needs them — suspended at the level that holds a space together, not above it. Not a lamp placed in a setting. A lighting decision made for it.

The tripod structure assembles without tools or hardware and can be repositioned as the setting changes — on a terrace, beside a seating arrangement, or anchoring an edge. Five woven bamboo shades hang at approximately four feet, casting a warm, diffused light that works with the environment rather than flattening it. Designed, built and finished in New Jersey.
