Lead Times
Planning & productionStandard lead times begin at approximately three months. Larger or custom projects require extended timelines. We build lead times into the conversation early so nothing surprises the project schedule.

Materials & Construction
We work primarily in FSC-certified solid thermally modified wood and select solid kiln-dried timbers chosen for stability, longevity and character. Finishes are intentionally minimal — allowing materials to breathe, weather naturally and develop the kind of patina that only comes with time and use. Everything is designed and built in New Jersey.
