Trade

Work with us.

We take on a small number of projects each year — for designers, hospitality clients and select retailers for whom the standard of the outdoor space is not negotiable.

Our process is personal. We don't fulfil orders from a catalogue. We begin with a conversation about what the environment needs to do — and work from there.

For designers & trade partners

An extension of your practice,
not a supplier relationship

The brief rarely ends at the threshold.

Our environments are designed for interior designers, landscape designers and architects who treat the outdoor space as a genuine extension of their practice. That means engaging at the specification stage, not the fulfilment stage — and holding the outdoor environment to the same standard as every other decision in the brief.

Trade terms are available for qualified partners. We keep the conversation personal and the process straightforward.

I

Collaboration

How we work

We engage at the specification stage, not after decisions have been made. Bring us the brief and we'll work through what the environment needs — structurally, materially and atmospherically.

II

Trade Terms

Pricing & access

Trade pricing and project terms are available for qualified design partners. Details are discussed directly — we don't publish a rate card, because every project is different.

III

Lead Times

Planning & production

Standard lead times begin at approximately three months. Larger or custom projects require extended timelines. We build lead times into the conversation early so nothing surprises the project schedule.

For hospitality

Environments built for
how the guest experience actually works

The outdoor environment in a hospitality setting is never static. Seasons change, events reconfigure, layouts evolve as the operation does. Our system is designed for exactly that reality — architectural presence without the permanence, and the ability to adapt without starting again.

Our environments are designed for the full range of hospitality — wherever the outdoor space is understood as a commercial and creative decision of equal weight to everything inside. What happens beyond the interior is part of what guests remember and part of what they return for.

"A well-authored outdoor environment extends your season, elevates your cover, and creates the kind of moment guests return for."

The timber is part of that moment. The warmth of it, the grain beneath the hand — these are the details your clients will feel long after they've forgotten the specification.

I

Durability

Built for high use

Solid timber construction, hardware-free joinery, no metal to rust or corrode. Designed to hold its presence through heavy use, coastal exposure and the full demands of a commercial outdoor environment.

II

Adaptability

Tool-free reconfiguration

Layouts change — for events, for seasons and for operational shifts. Tool-free assembly means reconfiguration doesn't require scheduled labour or downtime. Your team can do it.

III

Custom Work

Site-specific projects

Custom and volume projects are considered on a limited basis — dimensional adjustments, integrated structures and multi-area environments. Discussed directly, designed collaboratively.

Materials & Construction

We work primarily in FSC-certified solid thermally modified wood and select solid kiln-dried timbers chosen for stability, longevity and character. Finishes are intentionally minimal — allowing materials to breathe, weather naturally and develop the kind of patina that only comes with time and use. Everything is designed and built in New Jersey.

Every inquiry is reviewed
personally.

We work with a limited number of partners each season to ensure the collaboration is thoughtful and the work is right. If you're building something that deserves that level of attention, we'd like to hear about it.
