How a Project Comes Together

Four steps,
from conversation to install.

Every project follows the same four steps.

I

Project exploration

We start with a conversation about the space, how it will be used and your timeline. Photos and rough dimensions are usually enough to begin. Site visits are available by request.

II

Design and proposal

We design the environment and review it with you. Once the design is approved, we send a written proposal with specifications, pricing, delivery and installation, and payment terms.

III

Fabrication

Every piece is built in New Jersey. Lead time is about four months, confirmed at proposal. Larger or custom projects may take longer.

IV

Delivery and installation

We deliver and install. Most structures go up in a single day, and installation can happen any time of year. Nothing is dug or poured; structures rest on grade.

If your site requires review

If your property needs drawings or specifications for a review or approval process, we can prepare them as a separate service. See Review & Approvals.
