TFM Free Standing Pergola
TFM Free Standing Pergola
A freestanding solid wood pergola for terraces, pool decks, tasting patios, event lawns and garden overlooks. A 14' × 14' footprint defines a 12' × 12' interior with clean lines and open airflow, giving a space structure and shade without touching the ground beneath it.
Use one on its own, or connect several for a longer covered walkway or a multi-zone outdoor room. A standard 12' × 12' sun sail, available as an add-on through our supplier partners, attaches with bungee ties. Built in solid wood with hardware-free joinery, it assembles without tools and rests on grade, held in place by its own weight. Designed, built and finished in New Jersey.

Questions about the Free Standing PergolaIs it built for commercial use?
Yes. It's designed for hospitality properties: hotel terraces, pool decks, winery tasting patios, club lawns and public gardens.
Can several pergolas be connected?
Yes. Pergolas connect to cover a larger area, such as a long terrace or a multi-zone outdoor room. A run of about 50 feet installs in a single day.
Does it need to be anchored?
No. It rests on grade and is held in place by its own weight. Whether a site review is needed depends on your property and jurisdiction. See Review & Approvals.
Will it disturb a lawn, patio or historic ground?
No. Nothing is dug, poured or driven into the ground, and when it's moved the surface is left as it was.
Can it stay out all year?
Yes. The solid wood structure can stay in place year-round. Remove the sun sail for winter.
